How do I upload a document to a request?

There are 2 ways to attach documents to a process:

  1. Click on the "Attachments" icon in the sidebar (on the right) of the screen in an open process.
  2. Click on the attachments icon on the dashboard via the 'Do' and 'Monitor' tab

Option 1: Click on "Attachments" on the side bar

  1. Whilst on an open process, click on the Sidebar on the right of the screen to open up the available options to that process. Click on the "Attachments" icon (As shown above)

Click on Drop files here, or click to get files to open up your file explorer where you can select a file from.

Alternatively, you can drag and drop a file to the block section available.

An alternative way to access attachments is from the Dashboard via the "DO" tab or the "Monitor" Tab (As shown above). Click on the attachments icon (As shown above) and you will find the attachments pane on the right side bar of the screen. (Thereafter, follow step 1 as shown above in Option 1)
