How do I approve/reject or comment on a request by replying to the task email?

There are 3 ways in which you can add comments to a task via email

  1. Replying to an Approve/Reject email
  2. Replying to a task discussion email
  3. Replying to a quick task email

Option 1: Replying to an Approve/Reject email

An email will be sent to the user required to approve/reject a request (As shown Above).

You can simply reply to that same email with the words 'Approved' or 'Rejected' respectively. Any additional comments added thereafter will be added as comments to that process.  

Option 2: Replying to a task discussion email

  1. When adding a comment via Autopilot(As shown above), you have the option of selecting who you would like to email the comments to.
  2. When the user receives the email, they can simply click Reply on their email and add more comments to that task (via email)

Option 3: Replying to a quick task email

Sending out a quick task to a user, sends them a notification email as well.

You can simply click Reply on the quick task email and add more comments to that quick task (via email)
