How do I create a workflow from scratch?
Creating a Custom Workflow
Processes are grouped according to 4 categories (As shown above).
To access a custom workflow, click on "Custom Workflows"
Step 2 - Creating the Workflow
Enter the workflow details (As shown above)
- Enter the title of the workflow you creating
- Enter a Reference Number prefix
- Enter the number of steps you require for this process
Step 3 - Initial Form Submission Details
Step 1(As shown above) is the first initial step of the process.
- Enter a title of this step
- Enter the user group you wish to give access to use this workflow(
- Select if you will require to use an employee, supplier or customer list from your master data
- Enter the fields you require on the form in step 1 of th process.

Based on the number of steps for this process you have stipulated in step 2, you will be required to fill in the sections for each step (As shown above)
- Enter the title of the step
- Enter the role of the person responsible for to complete the task
- Each step can have 3 different actions: Select one of the options(as listed below)
- Approve only
- Approve or Reject
- Capture Data or complete a checklist
- Select which user group you require to access this step
Continue the above instructions for each step you require in this workflow.
Custom workflow ready to publish
Once you create your custom workflow from scratch, you will be redirected to the form builder where you can make any edits and changes (if Required) before you can publish the workflow Live.
