How do I add/ remove a field?

In order to make a change to a process, you will need to access the Setup Lander.

Adding a new field

  1. Click on Form
  2. Click on the "New field" (as shown above)
  3. On the right side bar, setup your field properties
  • What is the field's title? - Enter the Field name for the new field you adding
  • What is the field's key? - Enter a Unique Identifier for the field you creating (no 2 fields should have the same field key name)
  • What kind of control must be displayed? - Choose what kind of field should be added. Chose from the following:
Yes/No radio buttons
Yes/No/ Not Applicable radio buttons
Yes/Not Applicable radio buttons
Date Picker
TextBox
Picker - A picker must be linked to a list under master data. Select a list from the lists available or create one under Master Data. 
Label
Computed field
File Upload control
Multiline Textbox
Link
Customer Picker - A picker must be linked to a list under master data. A Customer picker will render a Customer search on the form
Lookup create button
Supplier Picker - A picker must be linked to a list under master data. A Supplier picker will render a Supplier search on the form
Employee Picker- A picker must be linked to a list under master data. An Employee picker will render an Employee search on the form
  • When should this be required? - Lets you set at which step this field should be required (i.e. this field must have data entered before submitting)
  • When should this section be enabled? - Lets you set at which step this field should be editable
  • When should this section be visible? - Lets you set at which step this  field should be visible
  • Allow users to group by this field: - Will allow users to group by this field when grouping tasks on the Dashboard
  • Allow users to perform advanced searches against this field: - Makes this field a search field when performing an advance search on the dashboard. Users will be able to filter their search using this field                        

4.      Click Save to save the new field

Removing a Field

  1. Select the field you want to delete. Hover over the field and click on the "Bin" icon to remove the field
