How do I attach an email to a workflow already on Autopilot?

N.B - You have to be selected on the email you wish to attach to a workflow.

Attaching an email

  1. Click on Actions
  2. Click on Attach File(s)

Search for the task you want to attached the email to

Search for the task you want to attached the email to
  1. Type to search for the workflow you want to add the email to,
  2. Or alternatively, look through the list of requests displayed on the screen.
Click on blue highlighted Requests groups to expand the workflows in each group.

  • Click on the required request you want to add the email to.
  • Click on Attach

Attach the email

Attach the email
  1. Click on Attach original email
  2. Click on Done
